Outfits must include socks, rain boots, a hat and zipped up jacket. He cracks me up!
(the "how" reference is to Peter Pan...we watch that a lot :)
On a final note, can you believe Joey will be 3 months old in a week?! Charlie will be 2 years old next month.

I just have to tell you! Brian watched the clip this morning and LITERALLY rewound the part where Charlie says "how" 10 TIMES!!!! Hahaha we were dyin' it is so cute:)
