New Place

I can't even begin to tell you how nice it is that Charlie has his own room! There is so much space to play in and we don't have to worry about making the whole house a mess. It is fabulous!
The move went extremely well. We had wonderful help from our ward members so it went really quick. We're now in the unpacking stage, almost done, but still have a ways to go!
I've had so much fun organizing everything so far. I can't wait to start decorating :)

Our New Home

As of this morning, it's official---we are homeowners!
After signing about 1,000 papers, we got the keys and drove straight to our brand. new. home.
I started getting a little teary eyed while we were inside. This past year has been so eventful for Tony and I.
We have been so blessed.

Valentine's

Isn't Charlie so sweet in his V-day onesie?

I love, love, love Valentine's day! I think it is such a fun holiday. Two years ago Tony proposed to me on Valentine's day, so it's extra special and fun to look back.
We had a great Valentine's weekend! We went out to dinner Friday and I was surprised with my gift...an afternoon at the spa the next day! Complete with a swedish massage, facial & mani/pedi. It was such a treat to get out and just be pampered! I was not expecting it at all but I loved it. Tony is just the best at picking out presents...he really is! I'm so thankful for him. He's such a great husband and my very best friend.

Sunday Best

Charlie was dressed up so cute for church today! He's finally fitting into this adorable church outfit...so of course we had to take pictures!

Wonderful Weekend

This past weekend was a great one.

Friday Tony was home due to the weather.
He still had some work to do, but it was nice having him home.
Charlie loved it and so did I because I got to have my own little "spa" afternoon. It consisted of a long hot shower, painting my toenails, hair AND makeup. It was so wonderful just taking my time, not worrying about Charlie waking up from a nap.

Saturday we went furniture shopping & out to dinner.
We had the best dessert: Black Tie Mouse Cake--next time you go to the Olive Garden, get this! You won't be disappointed!While waiting for a table, Charlie was putting on a little show for the people around us.



Sunday we spent at home. Charlie has had a bit of cold and wasn't feeling well that morning. However, church wasn't the usual 3 hour block (due to the weather). I really don't like staying home from church--I feel like the week doesn't start off right. But we kept with our usual Sunday traditions so it was still a good day. On Sundays we read an article from the conference ensign and each pick a quote to go on our bathroom mirror. It's one of our resolutions to do this and it has become something I look forward to each week.
