I met up with my friend Heather at Trolley Square for dinner so of course I had to browse Pottery Barn while I was there. I have been looking for stockings but didn't want to buy any unless they were the perfect ones! We'll have these for years! I saw these in the catalog and loved them but when I was in the store they were on SALE!!! Whoo hoo!!!
I got the red one for me and unfortunately for Tony they didn't have the green one pictured above, so I got him a traditional red and white velvet stocking. I don't think he minds :)
I'm so excited for Christmas!

i can totally relate - i'm very picky about my stockings. i found and bought the perfect ones several years ago, and then....we had ethan. and he threw off the whole dang system! darn kid! just kidding, we're happy to have them, but now i'm torn because i want them all to match just right, but it's expensive to start over and buy everyone a new one, and of course they don't have the ones i bought any more....sheesh! anyway, i'm glad you found ones you like, keep your eyes peeled for me k? :)
Megan!! I'm so glad to have found you! Hope to see you soon! - Heidi
I am in the same boat as Wende... two perfect ones that I love and they match, and can't find them anymore; and too expensive to replace all three even if I could find the perfect stocking twice in a lifetime! Such a delima!
Yours are great! It is so fun to see glimpses into your newlywed life... thanks for bloggins!!
Hugs,
Aunt Beth
