Provo Tourists
We have a "Utah Live List" going and when we aren't sure what to do or don't have plans, we look at our list and do something on it. We had "visit the Bean Museum" on there and decided to make a day of playing tourists in Provo. We had a great time! We definitely looked like tourists since we all wore our BYU shirts and it wasn't a game day.
First we stopped at Pioneer Park. Wow, awesome park! I want to take the boys back to play in the splash pad area sometime.
After the park we took the boys to Brick Oven for lunch. Oh the memories at Brick Oven! I worked there for 2.5 years during college and absolutely loved it. It was the most social place to work and I loved that. Thankfully the uniforms have changed over the past 9 years. They look much better :)
I had looked up the Bean Museum online and found that they offer animal shows throughout the day. We showed up for the one geared towards preschool age kids. My boys loved it! They got to figure out clues, see a python, tarantula, porcupine, etc. It was pretty cool.
Peter wasn't too interested in the show, but was very interested in the massive elevator.
We'll be back for more Provo adventures. Fun day!
