wrestling in the hotel
Our last day of vacation was spent at both parks, riding the rides we had missed and revisiting our favorites. We used our park hopper passes to visit both parks that day. We saw the Aladdin show in California Adventure and met a few characters on the way...
While California Adventure was fun, we definitely liked the Disneyland Park best. We spent the afternoon and evening there. The Tiki Room was a must so we headed there first thing and got dole whips to eat inside the show.
riding the disney train around the park
After riding Winnie the Pooh multiple times we headed over to the Hungry Bear Restaurant for dinner.

The best way to end a trip to Disney is by seeing all the characters in the evening show Fantasmic. Charlie and Joey went off with dad while Peter and I got in the mob to wait for the show. This was the one time I felt the craziness of a disney crowd! We had lucked out all week with small lines and little waits.
When we met back up the boys were thrilled to show Peter and I the glow swords and toys Tony let them pick out for the show! He's a fun dad :)
waiting for Fantasmic
The show and fireworks were amazing. Tony had to console Peter quite a bit because it turns out we were right by a speaker and it was really, really loud.
We left the park and listened to the boys gush about how much they loved Disneyland. The whole week went perfectly. We needed that trip as a family! It's been months since and at least once a week I'll hear one of the boys mention how much fun they had at Disneyland. It really is the happiest place on earth!
driving home
We left the next morning and decided to pull a long trip and drove all the way home. Glow swords and Michael Jackson made the trip go by quick.
Best family trip ever!
The End.
