Sitting with Santa

This evening we went to see Santa!  Charlie was clinging onto me as we approached him, but sat completely still on his lap.  Tony and I were surprised!

He had this blank look on his face the entire time.  He wasn't happy or sad, just patiently waiting for it to be over.  I'm not sure if he liked it or not, but Tony and I got a laugh out of it!

While we were out, we went shopping for Charlie's winter gear.  We are ready for snow...if it comes.  Today it was a wonderful 60 degrees outside, but it is starting to drop at night!  I'm hoping we get some snow and not solely ice.

I took this picture not knowing the camera was zoomed in.  I know it's blurry, but look at that smile!  Ah...he just melts me :)

Modeling his new hat

Happy December!

My sister pulled what the Santa at the mall called a "drop and run" where you plop the kid in his lap and run in hopes of getting a picture.. lol. That is exactly what she did.. Charlie looks so cute. and You look so cute.

It is such a cute picture... I have one of Jacob at that age and he wouldn't take his hands off of covering his eyes, I was sad at the time... but now it's my favorite because it captures the moment. Santa is so scary!!! What are we thinking???

oh that smile! he is so darn cute i just want to kiss his cheeks off! he is looking so grown up lately, i love that you can see part of his personality in his facial expressions.

and that is not bad for a first photo with santa, mine is screaming my face off and i never forgot it! he still kind of scares me a little. :)
