This morning while watching Regis and Kelly, a runner at the bottom of the TV screen said there was a storm alert and started a list of closed facilities in the area.
(Remember, we're still on our little vacation so we hadn't even looked out the window yet and all of our blinds are closed.)
My first thought was maybe a tornado was coming? Yeah it's January and I don't think tornadoes happen in the winter, maybe they do, but we've had good weather ever since we've been here. It's cold but usually sunny outside and looks like a fall day. Tony and I were so confused!
We stepped onto our porch and this is what we saw

That is so funny especially after you left the frozen snowy tundra of Utah! Those chickens can't handle a little bit of snow!

haha oh yeah...Welcome to the East Coast. They cancel school etc. if you get ANY snow...they cant handle it. haha. It's really nice actually. Once school got cancelled for 2 weeks in feb. becuase snow. haha you aint in Utah anymore Dorthy! ;)
