I love, love, love the Food Network and I watch it all the time. Tony used to think it was lame but now he is starting to slowly enjoy it with me. Yesterday we were watching Guy Fieri make egg rolls and thought they looked awesome so we looked up his recipe online and made them ourselves tonight! They turned out SO GOOD!!! They were so fun to make and we felt so fancy making them.

We did make some changes and didn't add everything the recipe called for but they turned out so good! They were also really cheap to make and tasted way better than the ones you can buy at restaurants.

I'm a big Food Network nut too, and yes Cody thought it was lame to. However, I made Ellie Krieger's Chicken Parmesan, and he LOVED it! I think he's gonna start liking it too. :) I'm so gonna try this recipe!

i'm so glad you guys are settled and doing well. i LOVE the severe weather warning! the rest of the country just doesn't handle snow the way we do...so funny!
