Yesterday Tony was told to leave work early to avoid a coming storm. This morning he tried to go but the car was covered in ice. He called work to see what they wanted him to do and was told practically all employees are home for the day so he could stay home too. Too bad today was the day I planned on scrubbing everything down...Tony has been helping me clean this morning. I'm kinda liking this bad weather :)
We went outside to look around and couldn't help taking some pictures. Our neighbors probably think we're crazy.
Every blade of grass has it's own icicle around it. It looks pretty cool!

So today we're just hanging out, cleaning and playing the wii. It may be like this tomorrow too! We'll see!

We used to have ice storms every once in awhile in VA! We got a week off of school once. CRAZY! Be safe and stay warm! Pray the electricity stays on. :)
it's no fair that you get to have a day off when it's bad weather! you should see how deep the snow was that i was shovelling yesterday before everyone woke up! i can't believe that nothing is even delayed. enjoy the time! :)

I've been in an ice storm before, in New Jersey. I've never seen anything so beautiful. I live for days when the weather is bad and you have to stay home. It's the adult version of being grounded, and its great!!! I love your apartment. You just seen so domestic. Who Knew??
